This is more than a short online archive. The feed itself is absent. The practical substitute is to ask for an existing release log covering a precise three-day span or for the existing records of named people. A county agency does not have to build a new compilation just because a requester labels it a 72-hour list. It can, however, review a log or release record that it already maintains.
Request Elk County Three-Day Releases

Elk County Weekend Release Checks
A 72-hour span is most useful when it crosses days on which the Open Records Office is closed. An inquiry made Monday may need to cover Friday through Monday rather than only the prior calendar day. Holidays can create a similar gap. Note: Office closures do not prove that release work stopped; they affect access to records and make a defined multi-day range more useful.

The commitment and discharge book has permanent retention. Master inmate cards can also be permanent. Individual inmate files follow separate ten-year or five-year rules, while prison population reports are retained for five years.
